When you purchase a tour pass this is a binding contract for the tour and times of that day’s event. When you have fully paid for your event you will receive an email receipt. This receipt will be your tour pass. You may receive a full refund up until 12 hrs. Before your events start time.

Your purchase is for a paticular tour on a spacific Day or Night. Unless other arangements have been agreed upon that is the only event and time your puchase is valid for.

I know I am purchasing spot on a particular event and time for a specific day or night if I cannot attend the event. A 12 hour notice before the events start time will be required for a full refund.
